Supplementation during the coronavirus epidemic

What can you take to boost your immune system? What natural substances, minerals or vitamins can help the body during coronavirus infection?
Use common sense during the epidemic. On the one hand, there are experts claiming that they have a perfect solution that prevents or treats coronavirus infection. However, such measures do not exist and such advice should not be taken into account. On the other hand, there will be experts saying that there is no need to use any extra supplementation, because everything is in the diet, which is also not a true statement. IODINE

There is no information on the effect of iodine on the course of coronavirus infection. However, we know about tissues and organs which are dependant on iodine. It includes the thyroid gland, stomach, as well as breasts, ovaries and uterus in women. Also, functions of the immune system are weakened if there is iodine deficiency. Symptoms of iodine deficiency include chronic fatigue, thyroid disease or various female diseases, e.g. mastopathy, uterine fibroids, and ovarian dysfunction.
